CNM 2 - Clinical Cardiothoracic Facilitator

As the Clinical Facilitator, you will spearhead collaboration within the multidisciplinary team to ensure top-tier patient care delivery in the Cardiothoracic (CT) service and Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Leading by example, you'll cultivate excellence through coaching, mentoring, and sharing clinical expertise, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Salary: €57K - €67K
Essential Criteria:
- Must be registered with the NMBI.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a people management role.
- Desirable qualification: Higher Diploma in Intensive Care.
- Preferable previous experience in a Cardiothoracic setting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Intensive Care Nursing.
- Preferable management qualification or educational preparation to degree level.
- Proven track record of leadership and change management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
- Strong decision-making abilities paired with exceptional organizational skills.
