Essential Criteria:

• Hold registration as a General Nurse with the NMBI.
• A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in Theatre. 
• Prior experience in cardiothoracic procedures is an advantage.
• Ideally possess management credentials or be open to pursuing them.
• Keep current with latest theatre techniques and protocols.
• Demonstrate quick decision-making and strong organizational skills.
• Work well in fast-paced, intense settings requiring quick thinking.
• Display self-motivation and drive, capable of working independently to achieve success.
