In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the coordination and management of activities and resources within the clinical area, while championing open communication and best practices. As a role model, you'll lead by example, providing invaluable clinical expertise, advice, and support within our esteemed multi-professional team.

Salary: €57K - €67K

Essential Criteria:

• Must be registered with the NMBI.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate acute care nursing experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing personnel.
• Previous experience in Emergency Department settings highly preferred.
• Completion and maintenance of up-to-date ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Demonstrated dedication to patient safety and quality of care.
• Preferably holds a management qualification.
• Proficient in contemporary nursing practices and techniques.
• Strong decision-making abilities coupled with excellent organizational skills.
• Proven track record of leadership and effective change management skills.
