# Community Nurse Jobs Kildare

Seeking compassionate nurses with Paediatric or ICU experience for a fulfilling role in our community! Join our team as a Community Nurse, providing crucial support to children with complex care needs. **Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to children with complex care needs in their homes.
- Implement personalized care plans and closely monitor the child's condition.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide specialized treatments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Offer emotional support, guidance, and education to families.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

**Requirements:**

- Registered Nurse (RCN) or (RGN) qualification with ICU experience.
- 2 Years acute experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassion, empathy, and patience.
