A reputable private hospital in Waterford is currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager III (Theatre) to join their dedicated team. As the Clinical Nurse Manager III (Theatre), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the effective management of nursing operations within the hospital.
Essential Criteria:
- Be a registered general nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a theatre environment.
- Previous experience within a private healthcare setting would be advantageous.
- Hold a qualification in Peri-operative Nursing.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to influence others in order to effectively lead and inspire a team.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of quality audit/assurance systems.
- Experience with clinical and professional practice development
- Have experience in change management, demonstrating the ability to effectively navigate and lead others through organizational changes and transitions.
- Possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Evidence of participation in an accreditation process would be desirable.
